Welcome to Going Organic,      I have been involved with the organic growing industry since the late 1960's, way before it was "in vogue". I became deeply connected to the earth and gardening/farming in 1974. My late wife, Pamela, was very instrumental in my decision to become an organic farmer.      While I retired from the organic farming industry in 1990, I have maintained a strong interest and involvement in the field.      To this day, I assist people in establishing their own organic gardens, and I consult with those who are either entering the field of organic gardening/farming or switching their farm over from modern methods to organic. I also offer marketing consultation for organic growers.      My one true desire is to be of service to the organic growers of this planet, and that is my purpose for remaining in organics.      Now, in this millennium, I have expanded my interest into education, sharing through my writing this is my way of service; hence my books.      I hope that while you are visiting my site you will Visit Jay's Books page and find one that interests you.
