Quick,
Cheap, & Easy! Good for you too!
Now that Mr. and Ms.
America are busier then ever just trying to get by, healthy cookery
is a challenge to say the least. We hurry off to work with coffee
in hand, oh, drop the kids off at school first, put in 8-10 hours
slaving away, with a break for a coffee and a quick sandwich,
leave the job, hurry off to Starbucks, then to the market to buy
some pre-made foods to pop in the oven, watch a little TV, and
check the computer to see what the stocks are doing. One last
decaf only to be off to bed and tomorrow, do it all over again.
But, wait, where is the quality of life, and especially, where
is the quality of foods to keep us going and, God willing, not
end up in the hospital after all that coffee. |
